The verification code is sent to the email address you entered on the log in screen. If you don't get a verification code, it's usually due to one of two things:
- The email address you entered does not have an account with us. Please double-check that you entered the correct email address, or;
- The verification code has been sorted as spam. Usually, these emails get sent into a separate folder in your email account, please check to see whether it's been sent there.
If you still don't receive a verification code, you can try to hit Resend.
