Within one business day after you report your lost or stolen wallet, Ultra Identity Defense will email you summarizing what actions your Customer Care Agent completed on your behalf. Carefully review any additional instructions that require further action.
If your wallet is stolen, contact the local authorities and file a police report. While this is no guarantee that your wallet will be recovered, the police report may be helpful when disputing fraudulent charges or submitting insurance claims.
As you and your Customer Care Agent work to address your lost or stolen wallet, Ultra Identity Defense will continue to monitor your identity for any activity that may indicate identity theft or fraud. We will alert you if we detect anything suspicious.
