Unable to start a scan on Windows

If your Kaspersky application just upgraded to Ultra Antivirus and you have not yet rebooted your computer, you may receive a popup regarding Folder Access Denied. This is due to some residual files from Kaspersky remaining on your computer until the next reboot. If you clicked on Skip or Cancel rather than Continue on this message, you may find that the virus scan is unable to complete.

To solve this issue, simply reboot your computer. After a restart, the residual files will be removed, and Ultra AV will be able to scan your computer.
