We have a useful feature available to recover files that may have been mistakenly quarantined.
If a file was quarantined and you want it back, please follow these steps.
First, open the Ultra AV application.
Next, go to Security > Recover Files.
Here, you will see the files that UltraAV has identified and threats and have thus quarantined. Select the file(s) you wish to recover.
Once you have selected the files you wish to recover, you have two options to recover them.
Recover & Exclude: This option will recover the file for you, and will also exclude it from virus scans and prevent it from being quarantined again in the future.
Recover files: This option will restore the file, but will not exclude it from virus scans in the future. Future scans may detect it as a threat and quarantine it again in the future.
There is also a third method, Delete, which will delete the file.
Click on the method you want to use to recover your file(s).
